June+Maverick

June 15, right before putting the dogs to bed, June was sitting in the back of her kennel, growling at any dog who got close! (Not like her at all!) She seemed anxious and needy and I decided either she was being a drama queen, OR she was in labor, so I carried her into her puppy room where she seemed immediately happy… of course I sat with her in there- but ended up cuddling with her and we both fell asleep🤭 Just before midnight, she started going insane and rearranging all of her blankets- so I knew she was about to go… contractions started and out came the biggest, healthiest baby boy! It was like she was born for this moment and she didn’t miss a beat. Over the next few early morning hours, she had 4 more big healthy boys. And that was it!!! I couldn’t believe it! No girls at all🤭 She is being the best mommy ever to her 5 chunky boys. So proud of her!
