Arwen+Maverick

Welcome to the world Arwen babies! Labor started in the afternoon of Feb 12th and Arwen was pretty muddy from playing outside (it was raining) But I brought her inside and she was also very much wanting me to sit with her (when I’d get up to go get coffee or charge my phone, she would go literally crazy) but as long as I was sitting with her, and she could look in my eyes, she was okay🥹 I dried her off, brushed out the mud, and then she started getting really restless and I knew we were close!! Contractions started, and one by one those babies came out- five girls and three boys! Every single one was robust and healthy! Around 1am, she went potty, ate and drank, and then took a LONG nap. She’s so attentive and will hardly leave her babies for anything.

Go home date is April 5th!
